Introducing
Sheiks Pride -
This horse without a doubt world class. Although
only young, at the beginning of the 2008 season
we watched the mare play practices. This did
not amuse her. We took the unprecedented step
of allowing her to play in the high goal under
Glen Gilmore. The mare had found her place.
With her tremendous power, presence and
total natural ability not to mention her some-what
terrifying speed, Sheiks Pride was destined to go
into the very top of this sport.
With Glen she played the 22 goal Warwickshire Cup,
the 26 goal Argentine Club Cup and various 15
18 goal tournaments at Cowdray and Guards.
All
of us who have been lucky enough to be
involved in producing this exceptional mare
new that she was "special", but even she blew
all of us away with skill and approach that she
displayed during the 2008 season.
Mares of this ability and un-spoiltness rarely
come on to the market. As you can see from the
photo of this mare jumping, she is a serious, powerful
machine.
